Samir Ghantar was born in Eybe, a city in Lebanon, in July 20, 1962. He was a member Palestine’s Liberation Organization. In April 1979, he and three of his partners attempted to enter the Israeli lands by a motor boat. They got off in the coast Nahrya city. While two of his partners were shot death in the coast by Israeli police, he and his other partner were enslaved by the police. In an Israeli court, he was convicted to 4 times life prison and 47 years in jail. However, after the 33-day war in Lebanon in 2008, he was among those prisoners that both parties, namely, Hezbollah and Zionists, agreed to release in exchange. Samir is telling the story of his life by his own words in this film.
