When Jamileh was in her mother’s womb, the Israeli Regime takes his father as a prisoner. Jamileh is born afterwards. With days passing by, Jamileh grows up with her father’s photos and letters. Her father, who has been exuberantly happy seeing the first photo of his little daughter, is expecting impatiently to gain new hopes by seeing her. Jamileh, now growing up and getting to know his father, is also waiting for him. They write letters to each other. Later on they are able to be connected via telephone lines. When south of Lebanon is set free, their hopes of the father’s freedom grows fervently, however, there is no news about that. When Jamileh is 13, she gets sick, but she is still waiting till...
